I love your cover. (Not just cause you’re the only one I’ve read works of) Book I’m most excited about: Also yours… And the nutcracker one. (I mentioned something other than yours!!!!) Concerningly fast to some. I have a thing about the smell of physical books. I read ebooks as a last resort.

AWW. Thank you so much!! 🥰 (Ooh same! I’m not sure if I should be saying this, lol…but I got to beta read some of the Nutcracker retelling and IT IS AMAZING. You’ll love it!) Haha! 🤣 Same, ebooks are a last resort for me, though I do read a lot of them. My thing with physical books is that I love to hug them and just FEEL them. 🤭

My favourite covers include A Noble Grace, A Noble Princess, A Noble Protector and A Noble Warrior. I love the pink coloured dress from A Noble Grace and I love the design of the dress from A Noble Warrior. The cover of A Noble Princess is really beautiful because it looks so pure and white / beige. A Noble Protector is so pretty! The light blue dress is amazing because it doesn’t poof out like some of the other covers (I don’t like those kind of poofy dresses). The embroidery and decorations on the dress is also really pretty and the white embroidery stands out in the light blue colour of the dress which stands out of the dark background.
The fairytale retellings that I am most looking forward to would have to be Robin Hood, The Goose Girl and The Nutcracker. I can’t wait for Robin Hood because he is one of my favourite characters because he is really good at archery and is also a good thief (I like it even better if it was a gender flipped Robin Hood retelling where the girl was Robin because I prefer female main characters). The Nutcracker is one of my favourite fairytale retellings because there are so many possibilities and it is nice to see how each author twists the elements of the original tale (especially because this one is non-magical so there probably won’t be a magical land with a rat king, so that should be interesting). I’m looking forward to The Goose Girl retelling because it would be nice to see how you (Saraina) manage to develop the romance between them.
Yes, I am an extremely fast reader and everyone is always astounded at the number of books I can read in a day (I can read a 200 page book in around an hour). I prefer physical copies because it is easier to read from a paper than from a screen and it is also nicer having the feeling of paper on her hand when you are reading (it brings you closer and into the book more somehow). However, it is very difficult to get physical copies in the country I am currently living in so I make do with ebooks (also easier to pack and transport when we move countries because we move a lot).

Ahh I’m so glad you love those covers too!!! Haha! I do love the poofy princess dresses (it would be SO delightful to wear) but my favorite style is also that more gently draping one in A Noble Protector. 😍
I’m so excited for the Robin Hood and Nutcracker retellings too!! They’re going to be amazing!! Ah yes, gender-flipped retellings are epic. (As for the Nutcracker retelling, I got to beta-read some of it and I can assure you it will be incredible! <333) Aww, I’m so happy you’re looking forward to A Noble Princess! ❤ (I should warn you, I do change it up quite a bit from the original fairy tale. 👀 There’s a lot of twists thrown in 😜)
GIRL. That is crazy fast. 😱 I think I read faster than the average reader, but I know a lot of people who are faster than me, so I’m not going to break a world record or anything 😆 Yeah, it’s a lot easier to read from actual paper. Besides, too much time on screens makes me feel like a zombie. XD I understand! Ebooks are a lot more accessible, that’s for sure!
Thank you so much for your comment, Rosalynn!

Ooo! The special edition hardbacks are so pretty! Personally, I’m not a fast reader…*glances at books I’m still working through* XD. But I do like physical books if I’m able to get one. Now if I had to decide between paperback or hardback…hmm, gotta think on that one lol. How about you? Paperback, hardback, or ebook?

Yes, they are so pretty!! *heart eyes* Haha, I relate, girl…I can read fast but other times I’ll be on the same book for months 😂 Me too! Ooh, that’s a hard question, because I love how flexible paperback are, but hardbacks feel so wonderfully sturdy and…just so lovely to HOLD. I think in the end I’d go with paperback, though! 🤭

Lol, yes me too!
Yeah, I think I’d end up with paperbacks; they seem to be less heavy than hardbacks.

True! I guess they’re just less intimidating 🤣
