Today I’m doing the Sunshine Blogger Award tag, and I believe I was nominated a couple times for this, so this will be my first post related to it! (Yes, I want to answer all the questions because they were so fun. *grins*) But since it’s kinda already gone around the block, I don’t know if I’ll actually nominate 11 different people… we’ll see. I’ll shout out bloggers I personally haven’t seen do it, but if you already have done it and you’re tired of it, feel free not to. 😀

1. What’s your favorite fantasy book?

The Green Ember series by S. D. Smith! (Next would be The Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson, then Lord of the Rings, then The Chronicles of Narnia… you know what, I’ll stop there.) I plan to do a post about why I love this series soon. I have a lot to say on it. :))

2. What’s your favorite genre to write?

Fantasy and historical fiction. And of those two, fantasy is the one I’m most comfortable in. (No need for any extensive historical research. *winks*)

3. Do you have a favorite quote?

I could never choose a favorite quote lol! I have favorite quotes. (Plural, in case you didn’t notice, hehe.) Hundreds of them, probably. 

4. What drives you crazy while reading or writing?

My surroundings not fitting the mood. Picture this: you’re reading a heart-pounding, climatic moment and you’re on the literal edge of your seat. And then one of your siblings turns on “Everything is AWESOME!!!” from The Lego Movie.

*shudders* 

I have it in me to block out noise while concentrating on something, but you can only block out so much, right? 😀 

5. What’s your favorite fairytale?

Ahh, I love the word “fairytale,” don’t you? Well, this is hard since I honestly don’t know that many fairytales. But I’d say my favorite is Beauty and the Beast (hey, Belle’s even said to be an INFP haha). I love that one. 

This may or may not be a teaser for something I have planned for the future. *innocent face*

6. Where do you go when you want to write?

80% of the time, it’s my desk (which I also use for school). 15% of the time, it’s a comfy place in the family room or my bed. 5% of the time it’s in the car while on a trip somewhere. 🙂  

7. If given a choice of pen or pencil, which would you choose?

I would have said pencil but for the realization that it’s easier for me to write with a pen. Sure, you can erase pencil, but a pen just glides smoother, you know?

8. If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

What is being able to know everyone’s thoughts called? Tele- something, I’m sure. I’d pick that one, cause wow would that be convenient!

9. What’s your favorite kind of chocolate?

Dark chocolate. It’s awesome.

10. Which would you rather have, a dog or a cat?

In theory, a dog, loyal and impeccably trained, even perhaps knowing my thoughts so he/she could stay away from me when I didn’t want them near me.

In reality, a cat might be way easier. Specifically a darling little kitten – with clipped nails that wouldn’t scratch me. *speaks from experience*

11. If someone gave you a million dollars, what would you do with it?

Wow, that’s such a mind-boggling thought, lol. Give most of it to people in need, and save most of the remaining, and use the rest of the remaining for writing-related stuff. (Or singing-related, like a microphone or vocal lessons.)
